We recently breathed new life into a tired, worn-out deck to create a captivating outdoor oasis. After a meticulous examination of the deck’s condition, identifying weak spots and safety concerns, collaborating closely with the client, we envisioned a space that seamlessly blended comfort, aesthetics, and functionality. We crafted detailed plans, optimizing layout and flow from the interior rooms, selected durable materials—composite decking, weather-resistant furniture, and UV-resistant artwork. Skilled hands repaired and reinforced the deck structure. New furniture, strategically sourced and placed artwork, and a fresh color palette breathed vitality into the space. Potted plants softened edges, creating a harmonious transition. Thoughtfully positioned lighting fixtures extended the deck’s allure into the evening.   • Climate control - Energy efficient infrared heaters, Evaporative spray cooling system

  • Lighting - remote and dimmable wi-fi app controlled low voltage path, architectural and landscape accent lighting, LED strip lighting

  • Low maintenance/water-use - native and xeric plantings with drip and run-off retention irrigation system
