NEXT STAGES

Stage 1 — Analysis & Planning - A quiet, thoughtful study of your site. We evaluate the property’s natural conditions and constraints:

• Sun, shade, and microclimates

• Slope, drainage, and grading

• Existing vegetation

• Views, privacy, and neighboring impacts

• Access, circulation, and functional needs

This stage ensures the design grows from the land itself.

Cost Structure: Fixed fee for standard residential lots. Hourly for complex sites, steep slopes, or large properties

Stage 2 — Conceptual Design - The architecture of the landscape — simple, clear, intentional. We define the spatial layout:

• Outdoor rooms

• Circulation and flow

• Hardscape placement

• Functional zones (dining, lounging, play, pets, utilities)

This is where the landscape begins to take form.

Cost Structure: Fixed fee for a complete conceptual plan. Includes one refinement round

Stage 3 — Style & Aesthetic Direction - The mood and character of your landscape. We refine the design through:

• Geometry and forms

• Materials palette

• Textures and planting style

• Color, atmosphere, and overall feel

This stage ensures the design feels cohesive and deeply connected to your home.

Cost Structure: Included within the conceptual design fee. Additional style boards or renderings available as hourly add‑ons

Stage 4 — Budget Alignment - Clarity before commitments. We help you understand how design choices influence cost and guide you toward a landscape that aligns with your investment level.

Stage 5 — Compliance & Approvals - We handle the details, so your project moves forward smoothly. This may include:

• HOA submissions

• City zoning and code checks

• Site plan corrections

• Coordination with builders or civil engineers

Cost Structure: Fixed fee for standard HOA packages. Hourly for city submittals, revisions, or complex approvals

Stage 6 — Construction Documents - Precise, buildable drawings that protect your investment. Your final package may include:

• Planting plan

• Layout and dimensions plan

• Materials plan

• Lighting plan (optional)

• Construction details (where needed)

• Contractor notes

• Bid‑ready documents

These documents ensure your contractor can build accurately and faithfully.

Cost Structure: Fixed fee for standard residential construction sets. Hourly for custom details, lighting plans, or expanded scope

Optional Enhancements
