Your consultation with Principal Landscape Architect Nigel Staton is a focused, 45‑minute phone call to give you clarity, direction, and a project roadmap — without needing an on‑site visit at this stage. Today, nearly all essential site information is available digitally (aerial imagery, surveys, photos, GIS data, zoning layers), which allows us to evaluate your property accurately and efficiently before anyone steps foot on site.

This first step helps determine the best path forward for your project — including whether a landscape architect, designer, design‑build firm, or contractor‑only approach is the right fit for your goals, budget, and timeline.

During your consultation, we’ll cover the core elements that shape a successful landscape project:
