• Client needed: A contemporary style with inclusion of eclectic, and interesting elements, timeless feel using wood, steel and stone, all-sense and all-season enjoyment, architectural integration, artwork, seamless indoor/outdoor flow, space maximization, relaxation, entertainment flexibility, style for outgoing lifestyle expression, multi-functional spaces, tromp l’oeil for space optimization, multiple outdoor room-defining techniques and features, focal points, borrowed landscape, budget value-engineering, out-of-the-box thinking.

• Structural Elements:

  • Bespoke Corten steel decorative light box focal point (mirrored aluminum back), sealed and stained cedar separation screens, pergola, Corten steel circle “gateway”, 2 Trex dark-framed decks, one for dining and grilling, the other for lounging, fire pit area defined by circular concrete edging, IR sauna cabin with Japanese charred finish to wood siding, stained and sealed cedar horizontal fencing.
