CHERRY CREEK GLAMOR

A once‑neglected landscape becomes a cohesive architectural experience.

This project revitalizes a worn, water‑damaged property by re‑engineering drainage, reshaping grade, and introducing a series of interconnected outdoor rooms. New retaining structures, pathways, and terraces create a clear hierarchy of movement, while thoughtfully placed plantings soften edges and restore harmony.

Each space—dining, lounging, strolling, gathering—flows naturally into the next, unified by materials, sightlines, and sculptural focal points. What was once a problematic landscape is now a refined, functional extension of the home, blending architecture, ecology, and everyday living.
