What began as a worn, aging structure is now a curated retreat where art, architecture, and comfort flow seamlessly together. After assessing structural weaknesses and reimagining the layout from the interior outward, we rebuilt and refined the deck with durable composite materials, sculptural aluminum artwork, and custom cedar seating.

Fresh furnishings, a new color palette, and potted plantings softened the edges, while a recirculating stone fountain introduced movement and sound. Smart lighting and climate‑control systems extend the space well into the evening.
