Based upon our discussions in the First Consultation Meeting you receive a “Before and After” photorealistic color rendered drawing which shows proposed changes to the front of the home and front yard to achieve a wow factor curb appeal facelift. It includes product and supplier information as well as paint palette recommendations. There is no need for a Base Plan for this either. Instead, you will need to provide a photo of the front and follow some simple instructions for the design to be completed.
