OPTION 2 – SHORT FORM CONCEPTUAL MASTER PLAN

(2 – 3 weeks design process)

A Short Form Conceptual Master Plan is a fully scaled plan showing what goes where and what it is made of. It is the blueprint for construction drawings and details and budgeting, as well as for phasing decisions. It ensures that future decisions are made as fully informed as practicable. All the above steps are applicable, except that only one single concept will be presented based upon our discussions during the First Consultation Meeting.
