Cleverly linked entertainment zones, lounging areas, grilling spots, dining decks, and cozy rooms now cascade down the slope, creating a seamless flow. The once barren side yard has been transformed into a vibrant bocce ball and games court. Vegetation, including trees, potted plants, herbs, and vegetables, helps define each space, providing focus and a touch of nature. Custom steel planters add emphasis, privacy, and intrigue. The space feels expansive, thanks to tricks of the eye and maximum use of every inch. Low voltage LED lighting enhances the ambiance, offering chic, fun, and practical illumination for passive enjoyment from inside the home. Concrete retaining walls, planters, and paths retain the slope, while drainage systems ensure minimal runoff and maximum absorption, making the transformation both beautiful and functional.
