Structural Elements:
“Infinity start” waterfall - starting above the visual top of the mountain, stone fire pit and seating/retaining walls, several large stone-built retaining walls.
Environmental:
Stormwater management systems - below and overground - for slowing, retaining, distributing and re-using water, permeable paving systems
Lighting - low voltage path, architectural and landscape accent lighting
Low maintenance/water-use - native and xeric plantings with drip and run-off retention irrigation
